Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing Taxi Swiper ("the Game") at taxiswiper.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

Description of Service

Taxi Swiper is a free-to-play, browser-based driving game. The Game is provided "as is" without any guarantees of availability, uptime, or performance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time without notice.

User Accounts

The Game does not require account registration. Your game progress is stored locally in your browser. If you clear your browser data, your progress will be lost. We are not responsible for lost progress due to browser data clearance, device changes, or technical issues.

Leaderboard

The Game features an optional global leaderboard. By submitting your score, you agree that your chosen driver name and gameplay statistics will be publicly visible. We reserve the right to remove any leaderboard entry that contains offensive, inappropriate, or misleading content.

Premium Subscription

The Game offers an optional premium subscription that provides enhanced features (ad removal and earnings boost). Premium subscriptions are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service.

• Subscription fees are billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal
• Refunds are handled according to Stripe's refund policies
• Premium benefits are active only while the subscription is current

In-Game Currency

The Game uses virtual currency earned through gameplay. This virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded. All in-game purchases (vehicles, upgrades, colors, maps) are made with this virtual currency.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use offensive or inappropriate names on the leaderboard
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or cheat game mechanics
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game's code
• Use automated tools or scripts to interact with the Game
• Interfere with the Game's servers or infrastructure

Intellectual Property

All game content, including but not limited to code, artwork, sounds, music, and design, is the property of the Game's creators and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

Map Data

City maps in the Game are derived from OpenStreetMap data, which is available under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL). Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game's creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of gameplay.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
